Learning and Development Manager - Leadership Program
Remote - monthly travel to London office
Circa £55,000 per annum
We are working in partnership with a fantastic organisation who are recruiting for a Leadership Development Partner to report into the Group Head of Talent & Leadership in this brand new role!
This is an exciting role for an experienced L&D professional looking for their next step in a varied role with a flexible organisation that offer a great culture.
This role would suit a candidate who has a worked in a medium to large organisation, within a centre of excellence. If you have a strong L&D Background, understand the concepts of L&D theory, have developed leadership programs, blended learning and designed bespoke solutions, please apply below.
What is the role:
You will support the design and management of the leadership programs across the group. You will have experience in leadership development & L&D theories and design and will have strong experience in implementing key programmes and projects. You will manage the leadership development programmes from design through to to implementation. You must understand and grasp the concept of stakeholder management and relationships
Candidate profile/experience:
- Solid 5-7 years of L&D experience
- Degree educated or relevant qualification - CIPD
- Worked in a large organisation
- A self starter and a team player
- Worked within a centre of excellence - preferred
- Has developed leadership programs and modules
