Oakleaf Partnership are working with a large and well-known business who have become an iconic brand that promotes a positive and diverse culture. They are seeking two Referencing Administrators to join and support a busy Pre-boarding and Referencing team for a minimum period of six months. The roles are based in their Glasgow office and offer hybrid working.
What is the role?
As a Referencing Administrator, you will deliver on pre-boarding and referencing activities, ensuring a great candidate and stakeholder experience. You will support candidates, referees, and internal stakeholders through the referencing process. You will create and issue documents including employment contracts, update system records, and complete interviews with candidates. This is a busy and fast-paced role that requires meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of customer service.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, a strong understanding of regulations and compliance, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will be able to build relationships with people at all levels and work in a pressured environment with tight deadlines.
