HR Manager for manufacturing in Peterborough, permanent opportunity, £45-50k + discretionary bonus

I am proud to be working with my client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, based in Peterborough who are seeking to appoint an HR Manager to support their organisation as it undergoes a period of transformation.

Your new role
As the HR Manager, you will take the lead on the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, as well as setting up policies and processes including devising a wellbeing & mental health policy. You will also take the lead on managing complex and outstanding Employee Relations casework, as well as manage 3 direct reports.

What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate, you will possess strong generalist HR experience including managing complex ER casework as well as project managing complex HR projects. You will ideally have led or supported on the implementation of an HR system and will be at least be CIPD L5-qualified. You will ideally have experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or similar fast-paced sector.

You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. You will be highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload with competing demands.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive remuneration of £45,000 - £50,000 + discretionary bonus worth c.£3,000, as well as 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + retail voucher scheme.

N.B. This role is full-time on-site in Peterborough.
