Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global manufacturing business who are leading experts in their field. They are recruiting for an HRIS Analyst to join and support their HR team due to internal promotion. The role will oversee the HRIS and support the Global HR Team with system configuration, business process management, process improvement, and security maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure within a global business. The company offers hybrid working and is based in Trafford Park, Manchester.

What is the role?

As the HRIS Analyst, you will provide data input and analysis and oversee the HRIS for the business. You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve service and performance through HR systems and processes, support the development of HRIS strategy to include all functions, ensure data integrity and report writing, and provide technical support and guidance. You will also review and analyse current procedures and identify areas for improvement.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HRIS, and experience of using ADP, Oracle, Workday, or SAP. You will have intermediate Excel skills, strong analytical skills and thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships to influence and inspire!
