Page Personnel are currently partnering with a leading legal business, based in Liverpool City Centre, who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join their growing team. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across the wider Talent Team.

Description
The Talent Acquisition Administrator will be responsible for:
- Managing the end to end candidate journey
- Preparing documentation for new starters, including contracts and offer letters
- Inputting, updating, and maintaining new starter and candidate information to company systems
- Liaising and building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and third party recruitment agencies
- Minute taking in meetings
- Ensuring all background checks are completed, including right to work, reference, DBS, and credit checks
- General administration duties
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Profile
The successful Talent Acquisition Administrator will have:
- A proven track record within a similar role (desirable)
- Strong administrative skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a changing workload
- IT Literate including all Microsoft Office applications
- A genuine desire to learn
Job Offer
- A salary of up to £22,000
- Working hours - Monday to Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm
- Hybrid working (3 days in office)
