Page Personnel are currently partnering with a leading legal business, based in Liverpool City Centre, who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join their growing team. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across the wider Talent Team.

A leading legal business, based in Liverpool City Centre, who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join their team. The Talent Acquisition Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end to end candidate journey
  • Preparing documentation for new starters, including contracts and offer letters
  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining new starter and candidate information to company systems
  • Liaising and building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and third party recruitment agencies
  • Minute taking in meetings
  • Ensuring all background checks are completed, including right to work, reference, DBS, and credit checks
  • General administration duties
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required


The successful Talent Acquisition Administrator will have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role (desirable)
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a changing workload
  • IT Literate including all Microsoft Office applications
  • A genuine desire to learn

Job Offer

  • A salary of up to £22,000
  • Working hours - Monday to Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm
  • Hybrid working (3 days in office)
