Permanent - HR People Partner - Full time - Wrexham -
Your new company
My client a leading manufacture within FMCG is seeking a professional HR People Partner to join their friendly team on a permanent basis.
The organisation work very closely with all of our leading stores / supermarkets supplying a variety of products that we as a nation enjoy.
Your new role
The position is being offered as full time Monday - Friday and based on site in offices near Wrexham.
This will suit a candidate who is people centric and strategy focussed to support managers to deliver improved people performance across all people metrics
Some of your duties will include but not limited to.
Contributes to the strategic direction of the People Team and identifies/develops projects/areas for the whole team to work on.
Ensuring that all system users are trained and able to use systems.
Personally oversees complex grievance and disciplinary matters where there is significant risk to the business.
Responsible for the planning and delivery of any significant structural or terms and conditions changes across the business.
Manages a team to ensure items are produced safely and in a cost effective manner, ensuring all HACCP and allergen controls are being used, recorded and are audited.
Ensures the People Coordinator and the Employee Relations Advisor have regular reviews, clear goals and objectives with defined development plans.
Coach and guide the team and managers on resolving people issues
What you'll need to succeed
Level CIPD 5 or above or equivalent experience of high volume work in a manufacturing, retail, hospitality or other fast paced environment.
Ability to be able to quickly build rapport and trust with the management.
Experience of managing, coaching and developing a team.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office products and other systems.
Proven experience in coaching/training managers in employment relations related skills, e.g., disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management
