6 Month contract - Hybrid Model - Runcorn - ER Case Specialist - Immediate Start
Your new company
My client a leading infrastructure / Engineering organisation is seeking a professional Employee Relations Case Specialist to join their team on a full time 6 month contract - There is possibility that the position could become permanent.
Your new role
The position is being offered as full time Monday to Friday with a 37.5 hour working week. A hybrid model in place with offices based in Runcorn. Some of you duties will include but not limited to
Advise, guide and support managers with all matters relating to employee relations
Effective case management of people related issues such as: disciplinaries, performance management, employment tribunals, grievance and absence management
Dealing and speaking with Union Representatives
Developing effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organisation
Monitoring trends in employment practices and advising on appropriate proactive action
Providing advice and guidance on disciplinary and welfare cases, capability, grievance, and coaching managers where appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in dealing with a high volume ER case work (approximately 70)
Union experience
Confident communicator both written and verbally/ able to adapt dependent on the audience.
Working to tight deadlines/managing time effectively
Ability to drive best practice and ensure compliance with company procedures, policies and employment legislations.
Computer literate
