Reward Lead

  • c£110,000 + bonus (c25%) + benefits

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global technology company who have an opportunity for a Reward Lead to join their team.

The role

Reporting into the Global Head of Reward you will be managing a small team and will have a number of responsibilities including:

  • Leading on global compensation and benefits projects
  • Working on designing and implementing policies and programmes
  • Taking the lead on the annual compensation review process
  • Working closely with senior business leaders to support with any compensation and benefits issues

We are looking for someone who has international compensation experience, is comfortable taking the lead on projects and has managed a team. You will ideally have both in house and consultancy reward experience.
