Reward Manager

- C£85,000 + car allowance + bonus

The role:
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global supply business who have an opportunity for a Reward Manager to join the HR team and look after the UK and Ireland reward function.
Reporting into the Head of Reward you will have a number of responsibilities including:
- Taking ownership for UK & Ireland cyclical reward processes
- Leading on the annual pay review cycle and bonus plans
- Working on policy design and ensuring that the reward framework is competitive
- Managing the company benefits
- Working on a variety of projects across compensation, benefits and pensions
We are looking for someone with a strong total reward background. You must have excellent analytical skills and be comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders.
