HR Advisor (12 month FTC)
- Contract up to £40,000 + bonus + 4% pension

- Hybrid working (2 days in office)
Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global based law firm to source an experienced HR Advisor for a 12 month maternity cover.
What is the role
Working as part of the HR Operations team, you'll provide advice and guidance to the fee earners and business services side of the firm. You'll be able to handle employee relations end to end, assisting the HR Business Partners on more complex cases, monitor absence, and empowering managers to make the right decisions, both commercially and people focused. Although with a lean towards ER, this role will also answer operational HR queries, create reports, advise on policies and procedures, assist the HR Coordinators with onboarding, and conduct exit interviews. There is also opportunity to support with projects throughout the year.
Candidate profile / experience
The successful candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law, advisory experience in a large organisation, and excellent communication skills. CIPD level 5 qualified would be beneficial.
