HR Administrator (6 month FTC)

  • Contract up to £25,000

Oakleaf Partnership are representing a northern hospitality powerhouse to source a HR Administrator for a 6 month FTC to support with extra work. This Manchester based company has a long history in the city and is a recognised brand, with a great culture and family feel.

What is the role?

You'll support the HR Manager with administrative tasks such as arranging interviews for candidates, creating contracts for new starters, creating reports for starters and leavers, and drafting letters to employees. This role will also answer first line operational HR queries, advise on policies and procedures, assist with onboarding, as well as organising grievance/disciplinary meetings.

Candidate profile / experience

The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills and attention to detail, having working in a similar role previously. Candidates with HR experience are desirable.
