HR Coordinator | 12 month FTC | Hybrid working


Your new company

Care provider in Bolton are recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join their team on a 12 month FTC basis. You will be joining a supportive, motivating and collaborative team who can help support and develop your HR career. They work on a hybrid working model and offer flexible working.

Your new role

As a HR Coordinator you will support on HR systems and processes including the implementation of a new applicant tracking system. You will also be responsible for managing the HRIS the new online applicant tracking module and providing support to users of the HRIS, while also improving, developing and implementing suitable HRIS solutions to improve performance and service delivery. The successful candidate will also support the wider work of the HR team and have some supervisory responsibility for the HR Administrators. This role will be key in the contributing to systems development and improving transactions processes, defining procedures and supporting managers in their roles.
