Job Details

The role is working alongside the HRBP to support with general HR duties such as policies and procedures, recruitment, onboarding and staff support.

The client is an education institute based in Oxshott/Leatherhead.
Description
The key responsibilities of the HR Officer will be to:
- Provide advice to staff and line managers on policies and procedures
- Performance management
- Staff absense management monitoring
- Administrating recruitment process (vacancy to induction)
- Organising inductions
- Shortlisting and interview organising
- Safe-guarding policies
- Supporting with compliance inspections
- Notifying unsuccessful candidates
- New starters onboarding
- Dealing with general HR queries
Profile
The successful candidate for the HR Officer role will:
- Have administrator level background
- Desirable - experience with HR but open
- Passion for wanting to grow in a HR space
- Able to commute to Oxshott/Leatherhead 5 days a week
Job Offer
On offer for the successful HR Officer will be:
- Full time permanent position
- Salary up to £30,000
- 5 days in the office
- Lunches on site
- Free parking
- 25 days holiday + BH
