Peterbrough based Consultancy firm with an exciting and varied permanent HRIS Analyst to support the HR teams analysis capabilities on their SAP system
Client Details
As an HRIS Analyst, you will work alongside other Analysts, managing the companies SAP HR systems and providing valuable metrics and insights to all HR teams. You will be responsible for producing monthly and quarterly HR dashboards, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement. You will have regular interactions with HR Operations, HRBP/Coordinators, Diversity team, Payroll team, and other stakeholders. This role is based in Peterborough and will report to the Head of HR Data Insights.
Description
HRIS Analyst duties and responsibilities:
- Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis on HR information as needed.
- Identify and liaise with relevant teams to ensure data alignment and consistency.
- Recommend and take steps to improve HR data and system processes.
- Audit HR Infotypes for consistency and respond to internal and yearly audits.
- Ensure change requests to SAP are evaluated, documented and tested throughout the landscape
- Ensure key processes are documented and presented in a user-friendly manner.
- Assign appropriate authorisation levels to HR Users and Positions via GRC system and map to relevant business areas and structures.
- Participate in functional testing of relevant business scenarios during yearly SAP HR support packs application, ensuring system enhancements are properly implemented and the system continues to function as expected.
Profile
- SAP HR and analysis skills are essential
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills with the ability to identify trends in data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel/Google Sheets
- Previous experience in delivering management information
- Experience in working with HR confidential data
- Good understanding of data protection regulations such as GDPR and SoX/Audit compliance
- Knowledge of SAP OM, PA, Time, and Reporting modules
- Previous experience in data cleansing, mapping, and migration to a new system
- Familiarity with Tableau or any other analytics tool
