Macmillan Davies are working with a market leading contract catering company who are looking for 2 HR Administrators to join their generalist HR team. You will provide exceptional customer service for any HR related queries in this growing and fast-paced business. This is an exciting and valuable opportunity for anyone looking to grow their career in the HR space and learn from other fantastic HR professionals.

The key purpose of the role will be to respond to general administrative queries and concerns, providing a timely and professional level of service. You will also act as a triage, assessing an incoming query and deciding which team is best placed to provide support. The team are supportive and looking for someone who is keen to progress their career further in the field of HR.

This is a hybrid role where you will work in the office based in Worcester 3 days a week and spend the remaining days working from home. About you:
* previous experience in an HR role or administrative role (1-2 years ideally)
* previous experience using HR information systems
* can communicate effectively and work well both independently and as part of a team
* can prioritise workload and deal with competing deadlines
* customer focused
