I am currently partnering with a highly regarded educational trust in Surrey who are looking to recruit an experienced and capable HR Business Partner. If you are a collaborative, confident HR professional looking for a new challenge this could be the perfect fit for you.

About the role

In this role you will be part of a central HR team where you will be actively working with a variety of stakeholders to deliver a strong HR service to the Trust. This is a busy and dynamic role- that requires you to advise on complex ER cases, review HR policies and procedures as well as manage a team. In this role you will work closely with the Head of HR where you will enhance employee engagement to improve performance across the trust.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate must have a strong proven track record of delivering a quality HR service in a fast paced and ever changing environment. They must be a natural team player who is committed to the values of the trust and able to provide support and guidance to all members of staff. The candidate must have experience in the not-for-profit sector- if they have experience in an education setting that would add value.
