Interim Employee Relations job
Leading global law firm.
Joining the business on a 3-6 month interim role, you will manage all employee relations activities for a fee earning client group. This is will cover ER case work, disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management, restructure and redundancy consultations.
The successful candidate, will have operated as an Employee Relations Lead for a Law firm or other professional services firm where you will have supported a fee earning client group. You will be experienced in managing ER case work, disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management, restructure and redundancy consultations all to minimise risk for the business. It is essential that you can commit to a 3-6 month duration working in a hybrid manner from the London office. You will be available to start a new role immediately or on short notice.
