Job Details
The ER Advisor will specialise in supporting HRBP at the Gatwick site + other south sites regarding ER matters.
Client Details
The client is a large catering/cargo distributor within aviation.
Description
The key responsibilities of the ER Advisor based in Gatwick will be to:
- Act as first POC for all ER activity - escalating relevant HR matters to HRBP
- Providing advice and guidance on - misconduct absences, grievances, performance, flexible working
- Act as POC for payroll team
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Implement agreed HR procedures and feedback to HRBP
- Manipulate ER data + report
- Ensure all information is correct and up to date
- Develop relationships/key contacts and advisory approach
Profile
The ER Advisor will have:
* HR background specialising with ER activity
* Positive can do attitude
* Able to travel to different sites
* Meet deadlines
* Strong IT skills
* Passion for ER and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate will be:
- Part time 3 days a week
- Based in Gatwick
- FTE salary £35,000
- On site role
