Your new role
Reporting to the Group CEO, you will line manage a team of 3, whilst delivering a generalist HR remit to a small portfolio of businesses in the UK. Sitting as part of the senior management team and working across HR Operations and strategy, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle including HR business partnering, managing employee relations casework, policy management and culture initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have worked in a HR Business partnering role within a TV production or SME media business where you will have operated in a stand alone role, working across HR operations and strategy. You will be solid HR generalist and will have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage at a senior level. This role requires a June 2023 start and commitment to working from the London City office for 3 days per week for 12 months.
