My client is looking a strong HR generalist that likes the strategic and operational side of HR to work on a part time basis.
The role
This role reports into the CEO of the organisation, this role will work alongside the Finance Director and Services Director to deliver an outstanding HR service. This role will review and revise and ensure an effective implementation of the HR policies and procedures throughout the organisation. This role will lead on all strategic HR and make decisions alongside mangers in people related matters and also lead on the design and implenation of Learning and Development opportunities. Overseeing all HR operational matters.
The Person
This role is for a seasoned HR generalist that likes both the strategic and operational sides of HR. This role would be good for someone who has worked in a standalone role or has implented a HR function from scratch. Experience of TUPE is required for this role.
