A 2 month temporary assignment for an organised HR Administrator - remote or Bournemouth / hybrid working.

Your new company

My client is a leading retirement living business based out of their Dorset head office, with sites around the UK.

Your new role

The business require a HR Administrator to join them between 3rd April - 2nd June to cover a colleague who leaves on 4th April. This is a temporary role to cover the process of moving to a new outsourced HR system (Zellis Managed Service).

You will support full employee life cycle activities such as: recruitment and onboarding, processing new starters, coordinating holiday and taking in 1st line HR queries.

Working hours are 37 / week, Monday-Friday. You can either work fully remote or hybrid with the occasional visit to their Bournemouth head office.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have been a HR or People Administrator / Assistant in the past, but you do not need to be CIPD qualified. Experience of Zellis Managed Service will be an advantage, but is not essential.

What you'll get in return

This role offers £13-£14 / hour PAYE (including holiday pay) and flexible working as above.
