I am partnering with a global insurance firm on their search for a HR Business Partner. The role will support the COO in the UK and offices across the globe in South Africa, Sweden and Kenya.

The role

This HRBP role will work with management to understand business activities, implementing HR action plans. You will be a management's single point of contact identifying future needs ad creating HR strategies. You will collaborate with specialists in the HR team and create trusting relationships with your client groups.

Profile

You will have experience in a generalist or BP role gained in the financial services sector, ideally insurance. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. You will have project management and change management experience and advanced knowledge of employment law. You will have experience working with HR Systems, preferably PeopleSoft and the ATS system Successfactors.

This company are also open to seeing varied experience from Senior HR Advisor or Junior HRBP level up to HR Business Partner.
