Internal Communications Officer, £33,000 Per Annum, Interim (3 Months), Bradford (Hybrid)
Macmillan Davies are delighted to be working with a national and pioneering housing association who are looking for an interim Internal Communications Officer to cover some extra resource for a minimum of 3 months. This role will function to support the Senior Internal Communications Manager by using communication to engage colleagues across the business.
Main duties include:
* Managing internal communication projects as directed by the Senior Internal Communications Manager
* Reporting on the efficiency of campaigns in order to develop improvements in internal communication.
* Running strategies created by the Senior Internal Communications Manager.
* Engaging and liaising with team members to develop communication plans and strategies across the business.
* Managing day-to-day workload autonomously
* Producing communications materials, sharing them with key individuals and gathering feedback as required
* Supporting all colleague events online and face-to-face.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Solid understanding of internal communications
* Experience of internal or stakeholder communications in a customer-facing business
* Solid copy-writing skills and experience of creating communication for digital and print media.
* Experience in manipulating and interpreting data as required.
* Extensive experience of using the Microsoft Office package as well as utilizing video editing and desktop publishing software
* Excellent team-player skillset and the ability to work independently also.
