Job Details
Hays have partnered with this well-known transport business who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12 month fixed term basis.
As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for Business Partnering across the organisation, with a strong focus on providing an innovative, effective and customer focused service, whilst driving and delivering the people plan in support of the business.
The role is mix between both operational and strategic responsibilities, with a large focus on organisational change/development.
To be successful in this position you will have proven experience in a similar position to be able to come in and hit the ground running, have dealt with trade unions and have extensive experience in organisational change, including restructures and TUPE.
This a a hands on role with the expectation to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week, ideally 4. It also offers a competitive salary + benefits.
