Recruitment Coordinator / Junior Recruiter
6-month FTC - potential to go permanent
Office based - 5 days to start in office.
Offices - Central London
£40,000 - £50,000 pro rata
I have got an exciting opportunity for fast paced and solution focused Recruitment Coordinator/ Junior Recruiter to work for a UK insurance company.
Duties
- Liaising with external recruiters, candidates and hiring managers
- Schedule and coordinate HR interviews with the Senior Recruiters
- Collect feedback from hiring managers and communicate the status of candidates' applications.
- Assist with job postings and job descriptions.
- Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Processing and managing invoices.
- Support the recruitment team with other administrative duties as required.
- Liaising with university careers services and planning recruitment events
Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in a fast paced and detail orientated talent acquisition environment.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suit, with strong competence Outlook and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
