Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's leading Law Firms on their development and growth across their established Early Talent team.

They are seeking an Early Advisor to work within their busy Early Talent team. This is a new role with primary focus on providing support to the Early Talent Team end to end related to apprenticeships, graduate attraction, recruitment an and development of these trainees. It is based in the City of London and it 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with the key universities and work closely with marketing to ensure presence at a target universities.
• Managing all the end to end recruitment of these graduates and apprentices including liaising with agencies.
• Coordinate and manage the Open Days for applicants.
• Support the team with the study path, internal training, and on-the-job support for a Tax / Corp Finance trainee intake
• Managing and implementation of a new continuous feedback system.
• Support the performance review process for relevant early talent populations
• Prepare and facilitate induction activities for relevant early talent populations
• Working closely with relevant advisors to ensure diversity & inclusion efforts.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in L&D and/or Early Talent recruitment and development experience, ideally within professional or financial services.
• Ideally experience of recruiting apprentices.
• CIPD accreditation
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong excel skills
