Pensions Specialist
- Permanent
- Base salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
- 10% Target Bonus
- Location: West London
- Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pensions Specialist to join a highly recognised organisation and develop their career. You will work closely with and support the Pensions Manager in DB & DC scheme administration, governance, data, and communications.
The Pensions Specialist responsibilities will include:
- Support on DB & DC pension schemes, working closely with the team to collate data, develop & distribute communications around pensions
- Organise quarterly and ad hoc Trustee meetings, take minutes, maintain and update action logs
- Prepare meeting packs and presentations
- Maintain governance materials including drafting policy documentations
- Work with third party vendors
- Produce all scheme financial reporting as required
- Support the Pensions Manager and Reward team in the delivery of ad hoc projects
What you must have:
- Pensions experience in a similar role essential
- Excellent knowledge of DB and DC pensions schemes
- Exceptional administrative skills and organisation
- Highly IT literate in programs including Microsoft applications and communications technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
