Early Talent Advisor
- Permanent
- Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 (Based on experience)
- Benefits: Highly established global law firm
- Central London
- Hybrid working 3 days in office
The Role:
Managing and directing all applications received through the internal system within the firms deadlines.
Working closely with all the early careers team including stakeholders to learn about early careers timelines, pipelines and opportunities for external branding
Responsible for management of internal systems, to track marketing and branding
Attend and participate internal and external early careers events
Provide support to managers and wider team on ad-hoc projects
Full responsibility of producing advertising and listings.
The experience/profile needed:
Must have previous experience within a professional or financial service firm
Experience of graduate or early careers recruitment experience
Experience of running early careers digital marketing and aspects of social media
Collaborating with stakeholders 1-1 and building new relationships
Collaborate with external suppliers and conduct meetings
