Global Pensions Administrator
- Permanent
- Base salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
- Benefits: PMI, Life Insurance, Income Protection, 25 days Annual Leave + Bank Hols
- Pension: 3% EE / 8% ER to 8% EE / 15% ER
- Remote working (Will be required to attend central London office on occasion for team days)
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Global Pensions Administrator to join an exciting organisation in the assurance space who are in the early stages of building their reward function. This opportunity offers great potential with a global remit as the team review DB & DC pension plans globally.
The Global Pensions Administrator responsibilities will include:
- Support the management of pensions schemes worldwide and be responsible for day to day operations with a focus on administration, governance, and communications of the plan
- Oversee enrolment, cancellation, and changes to pension programs
- Time's resolution of employee queries
- Ensure contributions and premiums are processes correctly
- Reconciliation of membership data
- Implementation and maintenance of new plans
- Integration of new plans from acquired businesses
- Contribute to the enhancement and streamlining of processes
- Work closely with local teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Support any ad hoc pension projects
What you must have:
- Global pensions experience essential
- Experience working with DB and DC pensions schemes
- Very strong excel skills
- Experience working on pensions projects
- Strong employee / customer focus
- Resilience and the ability to work upon own initiative
