Reward Consultant- investment regulatory experience

Reward Consultant

12 month contract (scope to go permanent)
London/remote/hybrid

You will be working in a team of 3 for a leading global investment firm. In this role, you will be responsible for pay modelling; writing the narrative for various reports e.g EDI, creating and managing long term incentive plans, as well as all investment regulatory reporting and compliance e.g IFPR. You will also have the opportunity to review and improve the overall reward offering, as well as a variety of reward project work.

Requirements

• Compensation or reward experience in Financial services
• A strong understanding of financial services regulations- including IFPR
• Experience in LTIPS/deferred awards
• Strong Excel, pivot tables and large data handling skills
• Asset management experience is ideal
• Strong attention to detail and a key team player
• Able to review and support wider HR papers and reports
• Strong communication skills to work alongside senior stakeholders
• Able to lead on small projects
• Available to start on short notice
• Whilst company is happy for remote working, required to come in to the London office minimum twice a month at your own cost.
