Group Reward Analyst

  • Permanent
  • £50,000 - £60,000
  • Office Location: Central London
  • Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced reward analyst to join an exciting organisation in the FMCG space. This is a global role reporting to the Senior Group Reward Manager, this opportunity offers great potential with a global remit.

The Group Reward Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Lead on Reward BAU cyclical processes for all support or "Group" employees across the business
  • Lead the delivery of annual pay review cycle
  • Lead and manage the delivery of the bonus plan for employees across UK, US, and Nordics
  • Manage the implementation and administration of the all-employee share plan
  • Ad hoc work on salary benchmarking, job evaluations, salary, and benefit surveys
  • Ad hoc support on reward projects

What you must have:

  • Experience leading on annual pay review
  • Experience managing a bonus scheme
  • Global reward experience
  • Very strong excel skills
  • Share plan experience desirable but not essential
