A HRIS Specialist (Zellis / Northgate Resourcelink) to join an established employer of choice (remote).

Your new company

My client is an established employer of choice in Poole who have a proud history of providing the highest standards to their loyal customer base.

Your new role

As part of planned growth, my client now looks to introduce a HRIS Specialist (Zellis / Northgate Resourcelink) into the IT Team at their Head Office in Poole, Dorset.

As an expert in Zellis Resourcelink (formerly Northgate), you will play a crucial role in the administration of the system to ensure that it is run efficiently, effectively, and remains fully up-to-date. You'll work closely with both the Human Resources and IT teams to maintain and improve the HR systems, provide support and training to end-users, and deliver customer solutions to support the ongoing success of our HR function.

This role can be almost fully remote, with the exception of travelling to the Poole office once a fortnight. Working hours: 40 / week, 8am-5pm Monday-Friday (including 1 hour unpaid lunch).


What you'll need to succeed

The strongest applicants will hold a Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Business, HR Management, Computer Science, or similar disciplines, You'll also hold proven experience working with Zellis Resourcelink, and have a strong understanding of HR application process design, development, testing, and implementation.

Your advanced IT competency will be complemented by your excellent interpersonal skills, established project planning experience, and your ability to confidently communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way.
