Ashley Kate are currently working with an international consultancy organisation on their search for a new Senior HR Officer to join an already established team in order to work closely with the Global HR Director and supporting on any tasks required, as well as managing the day to day generalist duties whilst line managing the HR Assistant and providing support with training as and when required.

Salary: £36,000 - £42,000
Birmingham based (hybrid working)
Permanent basis

This role will include:

·Updating HR Policies and procedures throughout the business
·Management of all Employee Relations case work, up to complex level
·Supporting on future global HR Projects

What we require from you:
·CIPD Level 5 as a minimum, preferably level 7 qualified
·Solid and proven HR Generalist experience
·Ability to make decisions, prioritise and use your own initiative on a regular basis
