Working for a global Energy company.
Your new role
Working closely with the HRBP you will managing a high volume and complex ER cases. You will work with and support managers at all levels and be the first point of contact for all ER related issue and ensure the timely conclusion of cases. You will work with stakeholders and highlight risks to the business, timeframes and provide best solution recommendations. Coaching and upskilling managers to provide guidance across process and procedures and ensure aligned with business strategy. You will also be required to take notes at tribunals and attend the London office for meetings when needed.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have extensive ER experience managing cases from start to finish Sound knowledge around sickness, gross misconduct, TUPE in and out, AWOL. M&A would be an advantage CIPD L5 min or equivalent
