HR Officer Required

Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the HR Business Partner and partnering closely with HR colleagues, Campus Deans and management teams, you will manage your own caseload of operational work along with the opportunity to become involved in project-related activity. Working with the HR Business Partner, this role is based in Leeds with occasional travel to Manchester campus, working as part of a wider HR team who are based across the UK. This is a challenging but highly rewarding role for an HR professional who has the ability to successfully operate in a busy collegiate, environment. As a generalist you will advise, guide and support all staff and managers across the UK when required, so an element of travelling will be required.

This role requires an HR professional who is CIPD qualifies to Level 5 with excellent current knowledge of employment legislation.
