Global Reward Analyst

  • Permanent
  • Base salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
  • Benefits: PMI, Life Insurance, Income Protection, 25 days Annual Leave + Bank Hols
  • Pension: 3% EE / 8% ER to 8% EE / 15% ER
  • Remote working (Will be required to attend central London office on occasion for team days)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced reward analyst to join an exciting organisation in the assurance space who are in the early stages of building their reward function. This opportunity offers great potential with a global remit as the Reward team develop and implement new Reward policies and processes. The team currently has numerous exciting projects in the pipeline which you will be supporting on.

The Global Reward Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with the Head of Reward and Business Partners
  • Support on year end processes
  • Salary benchmarking
  • Salary survey data submissions
  • Bonus calculations
  • Pay reviews
  • Job evaluations
  • Gender pay gap and other MI reporting
  • Benefits administration
  • Support on various reward projects and implementations

What you must have:

  • Experience working through year-end reward cycles
  • Very strong excel skills are a must
  • Experience working on reward projects
  • Experience using SuccessFactors would be an advantage but not required
  • Resilience and the ability to work upon own initiative
