Job Details

Ashley Kate are working with a fantastic organisation in their search for some temporary support. We are looking for someone to support the HR team until September 2023, this role will be for the next 4/5 months.  
 
If you have a strong background working in HR Advisory roles, are looking for your next position on an interim basis, get in touch today.
 
This role will include supporting in recruitment, day to day administration, and having the knowledge and understanding of all advisory level tasks. Working with a team of HR Advisor's this position will be covering all aspects of Employee Relations case work, any general queries that arise and coaching/supporting all employees.
 
We are looking for someone who is ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified, or proven experience within a HR Advisor role for the past few years. Experience of managing and taking ownership of multiple tasks/delivering results within stringent deadlines, whilst maintaining high levels of quality and a strong customer focus, someone who is able to hit the ground running and get stuck in with all day to day duties.
