Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the business. You will cover generalist HR activity such as recruitment, employee relations, training, coaching and upskilling line managers on various HR matters, absence and performance management, HR projects and partnering with key stakeholders. The successful candidate must have effective stakeholder management and influencing skills, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity providing the chance to work with global teams and presents learning and development opportunities as the succession plan for the HR Manager, whom you'll closely support in addition to line managing the HR team. This role will be predominantly site based (with flexibility) to support the manufacturing operation

- CIPD Qualification
- Precise attention to detail
- Ability to challenge senior stakeholders
- Proactive and pre-emptive approach
- Creative Problem Solving Ability
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
