Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a retail firm on a Talent Acquisition Specialist position. This role is in the East Midlands and will offer hybrid working on a full time basis, the team are currently in the office two days per week. This is a great role with a great culture and requires an individual who has heaps of passion, pride in what they do and are able to implement process and procedure into a TA team.

The business is looking for further growth, you will need to be a personality that likes working at incredible speed and pace in a quick changing environment. This is a real entrepreneurial environment and would suit an individual who likes to have variety in their role.

The role

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has worked in house or in an agency and want to move to an inhouse position. This role will be based in the East Midlands and will work with a great people leader and be a great opportunity to use your networks, to build processes and build a team to enable growth of the business.

• Agency or inhouse recruiter / TA specialist who has recruited across manufacturing, consumer and retail
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead vacancies from start to finish
• Ability to headhunt and attract top talent through various channels and routes to market
