Award winning SME legal firm in Altrincham are seeking to recruit a HR Assistant on a permanent basis. This is a brand new role that has been created due to the firms continued growth and expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established law firm that offers excellent training and career prospects. They are open to candidate wanting both full time and part time roles and can offer both flexible and hybrid working models.
You new role
As a HR Assistant you will support the HR Manager on generalist HR duties and support to the firm. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, note taking in ER meetings, managing the induction process, contract changes, HR systems and HR projects. They are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate a keen interest in HR, who is a team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Alongside these You will have your own areas of administrative responsibility and provide first line information and advice to employees. You will also support the HR Manager with more complex tasks and work collaboratively on HR projects.
