Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be working with a global law firm on a corporate social responsibility & inclusion advisor role. This vacancy will sit within their renowned HR department and support on development, delivery and strategies within the D&I and CSR space.
- £38,000 - £42,000
- City of London Office Location
- Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing the firm's inclusion, pro bono, community, charitable and environmental projects and initiatives
- Support and coordinate the delivery of programmes including the rotas, various schemes, legal clinics, educational and internal programmes, and mentoring schemes
- Support on internal queries from colleagues and inclusion events
- Be an active member of meetings additionally making notes and suggestions
- Support and manage external benchmarking using internal processes

The person
- Must have experience of voluntary sector and passed proven experience of building relationships between the commercial or legal sector
- Dedicated and motivated individual who can demonstrate and show keen interest and passion for increasing inclusion and CSR in the workplace
- Capable of coordinating a variety of projects and programmes
