Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be working with a global law firm on a corporate social responsibility & inclusion advisor role. This vacancy will sit within their renowned HR department and support on development, delivery and strategies within the D&I and CSR space.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the firm's inclusion, pro bono, community, charitable and environmental projects and initiatives
• Support and coordinate the delivery of programmes including the rotas, various schemes, legal clinics, educational and internal programmes, and mentoring schemes
• Support on internal queries from colleagues and inclusion events
• Be an active member of meetings additionally making notes and suggestions
• Support and manage external benchmarking using internal processes

The person

• Must have experience of voluntary sector and passed proven experience of building relationships between the commercial or legal sector
• Dedicated and motivated individual who can demonstrate and show keen interest and passion for increasing inclusion and CSR in the workplace
• Capable of coordinating a variety of projects and programmes
