As a Senior HR Advisor you will play an integral role in the delivery of an effective, efficient and proactive HR service to the company, partners, senior management team and employees.

Client Details

Page Personnel have been briefed on an exciting new role, with one our clients who are a leading ophthalmology provider.
They are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join them on a full time basis, on a 12-18 months FTC. The role offers home working 4 days per week, with one day of travel, and is paying up to £40k

Description

As a Senior HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting with the delivery of a number of strategic projects and initiatives, and where required lead on projects from start to finish
  • Supporting the organisations ambition of becoming a great place to work, by developing best practice approaches to projects and policy delivery
  • Reviewing, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Providing coaching and advice to line managers on a range of different ER matters such as performance, sickness, probation, disciplinaries and grievances, and TUPE, and escalate any development needs to the Senior HR Business Partner

Profile

The successful Senior HR Advisor will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar HR Advisory role, ideally working within a healthcare organisation
  • Strong experience managing complex ER caseloads and providing coaching and advice to managers
  • Experience of advising on and developing plans to address performance shortfalls
  • Ability to plan and present training effectively to managers
  • Ability to apply sound people management practices to build high-performing teams
  • Up to date knowledge of UK Employment Legislation
  • CIPD Qualification

Job Offer

Full time role + 12-18 months FTC + Home based role with 1 day travel required + Paying up to £40k + 15% Bonus (paid quarterly based on personal objectives) + Private Medical Insurance + Private Dental Cover + Permanent Health insurance (to cover long term absence) + Death in Service cover + Profit Share Scheme
