Job Details


Our client is looking for a HR Advisor to join their Runcorn site. They will be reporting to the HR Business Partner, dealing with the employee life cycle and ER.

Our client is leading in their industry with multiple sites across the UK&I.

Description

  • Handling ER cases for your site and offering support to others
  • Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders
  • Keeping policy and procedure up to date
  • Responding to high volume queries and case management be responsible for personal time management and allocation time correctly.
  • Able to prioritise tasks
  • Advise on all people related matters including but not limited to disciplinary, grievance, appeal, performance management and sickness management.
  • Communicate between the HR team and stakeholders
  • Data Analysis- reviewing sickness trends, labour turnover, org charts and another other requests.
  • Positive role model for peers does not engage in negative behaviour that has an impact on the department and others.
  • Performance management
  • Promote positive Employee Engagement
  • Ensure up to date knowledge of employment law and legislation
  • You will have a good understanding of HR processes and procedures.

Profile

  • CIPD L5 +
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge on employment law
  • High orgaisation skills
  • High communication skills
  • Worked for a similar industry - Desirable
