- £55,000 - £60,000

The role
The Learning and Development Manager has two direct reports and will lead the learning and development agenda for a number of manufacturing sites across the UK. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of the management and leadership development programmes and have incredible influencing skills to build long and trusted relationships with stakeholders. You will manage the LMS, the learning team and support the wider HR business to deliver on the people strategy.
