Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a fantastic forward thinking business who are seeking a Learning and Development Manager based in Leicestershire. Our client offers lots of flexibility with hours and hybrid working, ideally we would require one day per week in the office with travel as and when required monthly to the other sites in the UK. You will need to be able to drive for this role.

The role

The Learning and Development Manager has two direct reports and will lead the learning and development agenda for a number of manufacturing sites across the UK. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of the management and leadership development programmes and have incredible influencing skills to build long and trusted relationships with stakeholders. You will manage the LMS, the learning team and support the wider HR business to deliver on the people strategy.
