Description
The candidate will be responsible for:
- being the first point of contact for all HR queries.
- providing advice and guidance to managers about HR related matters.
- supporting the whole recruitment process from selecting candidates for interview to offer stage.
- working alongside the HR Manager to develop the use of the HR system, Cascade.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- prior experience win a senior HR Advisory role within the education sector.
- experience of using HR Systems, ideally Cascade.
- have an enhanced DBS.
