Your new company
You will be working for global business with varied portfolios and therapy areas, allowing them to offer wide ranging support to their customer base. This is an exciting role supporting the HR Director and wider team with the management of every aspect of the employment process, which includes HR process management, management of HR & L&D Communications timetable and Wellbeing programme support. This is a unique opportunity for an HR Advisor with a passion for L&D! You will also be working on the system Workday, so if you have experience with that, then this is definitely an interesting opportunity for you! The L&D side of this role support the Senior Manager Learning & Development in identifying employee training and development needs, and for planning, organising and overseeing appropriate training and development in addition to support of Learning Management System and any Learning platforms. You will also have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that will enhance and reshape the current HR & L&D activities and capabilities of the Company.

Your new role

  • Work with HR Director on Policies, Systems & Rewards with regards to salary benchmarking, job cataloguing and maintaining consistency of application and data.
  • Support the HRBP team with annual activities such as performance, compensation and talent reviews.
  • Support the HR Director with Policies, Systems & Rewards with regards to Workday administration and auditing data. HR Induction delivery.
  • Support the HRBP team with regards to the management of other HRIS systems for example Culture Amp, Reward Gateway.
  • Support the implementation of new people technology (for example Learning Management System).
  • Work with Senior Manager Learning & Development to design learning solutions.
  • Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes.
  • Facilitating learning interventions.
  • Manage existing learning platforms, driving platform utilisation, technical issue management, licence tracking etc.
  • Represent HR & L&D Team on internal projects e.g. ESG
  • Support on other ad-hoc HR & L&D projects as required.


What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as HR officer or advisor., Working knowledge of HR processes (compensation & benefits, recruitment, learning & development etc.), Passion for and working knowledge of Workday.
