Ashley Kate are excited to be supporting our Charitable client in the Cheadle Hulme area as they recruit for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team.

The HRBP is a trusted partner to managers and staff, responsible for a fully generalist remit, in an environment passionate about driving a positive culture.

The role:
To support the delivery and roll out of the people plan
Partner line managers in driving positive culture
Coaching and supporting the development of line manage capability
Develop, improve policy and process
Manage HR data and reporting
Manage a wide range of employee relations
a very hands on operational role!
