The role for the HR Recruitment Manager will be supporting senior recruitment manager to support with operational delivery and ensuring service expectations are met.

The client is a work-leading not for profit research institute, based in Woking, which understands, predicts, detects, and responds to viral disease outbreak.

Description

The HR Recruitment Manager based in Woking will be responsible for:

  • Build trusted relationships with Hiring managers to support and gain an understanding of their recruitment needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Responsibility for recruitment processes ensuring compliance with the Institute procedures i.e. inhouse recruitment portal and trackers, coordinating interviews, ensure accurate is recorded etc.
  • Through excellent communication skills, keep candidates and providers updated.
  • With an effective customer service focus, will be the first point of contact for Hiring managers and applicants' queries providing accurate guidance, support and advice and escalating where necessary.
  • Responsibility for ensuring all necessary approvals are in place before going to market
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate and appropriate quality administration of recruitment activities such as shortlisting/interviews/contracts/immigration/security clearance/occupational health in a timely manner

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous HR and Recruitment experience
  • High level of resilience
  • In house recruitment interest
  • Work as part of a team
  • High degree of personal ownership

Job Offer

On offer for the candidate will be:

  • Salary up to £37,000
  • Hybrid working
  • Parking on site
  • 25 days annual leave + BH
