Description

In this Trainee Care Recruitment Consultant role, you will work closely with their Recruitment Consultants to source, screen, and select candidates for various medical roles across the UK. You will be responsible for

  • Identifying suitable candidates,
  • Conducting initial interviews,
  • Providing support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Managing our database, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with recruitment regulations.

Profile

The ideal Trainee Care Recruitment Consultant will be highly motivated, have excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in the healthcare industry. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to learn.
