Peterborough based FMCG Organisation with an excellent reputation as an employer of choice and with an exciting and varied permanent Commercial Analyst - HR to support the Human resources and personnel teams with analysis and reporting capabilities on their SAP HR system

Client Details

As an Commercial Analyst - HR, you will work alongside other Analysts, providing valuable reporting and analysis to the People team and wider business. You will be responsible for producing monthly and quarterly HR dashboards, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement. This role is based in Peterborough and will report to the Head of HR.

Description

Commercial Analyst - HR duties and responsibilities:

  • Monthly analysis of key HR metrics such as costs, productivity and recruitment & training activity to provide insight to senior management.
  • Development of insightful Excel reports.
  • Produce the monthly HR business review pack to be reviewed at senior management meetings.
  • Provide ad-hoc support and analysis for key HR projects.
  • Help control costs by preparing the monthly submission on new hires and salary increases.
  • Produce Business case PowerPoint presentations to a high standard that clearly demonstrate an ROI.

Profile

Commercial Analyst - HR Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and Excel skills.
  • An interest in understanding the key drivers of HR - staffing, retention, performance etc.
  • Able to work with multiple systems and a level of ambiguity. Microsoft Office/Excel/Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of SAP OM, PA, Time, and Reporting modules is a bonus with similar systems considered
  • Ability to be creative and turn data into "information".
  • High level of motivation and positive approach.
  • Motivated with a good attention to detail
